If you are a young person and need help or advice for yourself, you can get in touch with us here or by accessing the Younglivin' website, which contains information and guidance specifically for young people.

An Adobe Acrobat PDF document giving general advice on what to do if you are worried about the welfare of a child is available here.

If you work with children professionally you should read this information.
